Rajasthan School of Law for Women

Rajasthan School of law for women was established in the year 2018 in Kanoria College Campus, opposite Rajasthan University. The college is approved by Bar Council of India and is affiliated to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University (previously affiliated to University of Rajasthan). The college focuses on bringing about a paradigm shift in the delivery of legal education in the country. Its objective is to augment novel dimensions in legal education that would make young girls, a skilled professional who would imbibe a deep and lasting respect for human dignity, social welfare and fairness. Symbolizing the principles of justice education, excellence, and competence, RSLW imparts quality legal education that would be producing new generation lawyers, judges, leaders, and policymakers over the years. Innovation, quality and brilliance are the motivating forces of Rajasthan School of law for women, which have transformed the vision of the college into reality. The college is invigorated by teaching, learning and research, along with myriad activities like debates, conventions, seminars, webinars, symposia, conferences, student competitions, conclaves, legal aid activities, cultural activities, moot courts, internships, interactive session with subject experts and the like. With each passing year the college is successfully getting full admissions and the students have been securing hundred percent result from the past five semesters.



“The Greatest threat to our Planet is the belief that someone else will save it” -Robert Swan Rajasthan School of Law for Women has celebrated the 49th Environment Day on 5th june 2021. In order to spread awareness about the heinous threats to our environment in an engrossing manner Students of the college Anjali Sharma, Aishwarya Menon, Neha Jasuja and Shweta Saini have presented a brief on some Environment Based movies. Students have presented the leading issues that are discussed in movies and their solutions. Yashi Mishra, student of 4th semester, throws light on the successful journey of the college and gives a brief introduction of the college to the Guest of the Event. The Guest Speaker Mr. Gautam Arora (CEO and President Biogas Engineering California, U.S.A) has conveyed the knowledge about how We must preserve the resources, and must limit our needs, Because the resources are very limited. And judicious use of resources will help us win this race. He has also thrown some light on the fact that If we all do our part like Planting trees, making the right choices, buying things we really need, etc. we'll bring a significant change in the environment together. Director of Kanoriya PG Mahila Mhavidhyalya Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi has also enlightened the students on the seriousness of the issue and quoted that "whatever has to be done, has to be done in this decade only" She also emphasised on the quote "Save the plant by saving the food in our plate" She has also talked about the adverse effects of the pollution on the Environment and how one should cope with it. Principal of Rajasthan School of Law for women Dr. Vartika Arora in her speech on environment acknowledged the importance of Planting trees and how everyone sho do there part for the mother nature as it belongs to everyone. In the winding up of the event the college has organized a Plantation Programme with all of its members in online mode. The Event was coordinated by Ms. Ritika gaur (Assistant Professor), Kriti Chabra student of 4th semester.

Mooting as an activity to inculcate and improve the research, presentation and argument talent in student. The college in this regard offers moot court training to all students by organizing Intra Moot Court Competition to encourage students to participate in National and International Moot Court Competition.

Computer lab of RSLW is equipped with the latest computing facilities and high speed internet connectivity. College has subscribed E-Journal for quick access of judgments and latest laws.

The smart class is a technological boon for the education system. Smart classes use a variety of technological tools such as computers or laptops connected with the internet, LEDs, e-textbooks, projectors, etc. With the help of these audio and video tools students involved in the class more actively.

Active Legal Aid Cell

College has an active legal aid cell. The legal aid club was initiated in the session of 2019-20. In this year students have attended various workshops of RALSA and performed a road play at Albert Hall, Jaipur.
